Who's going to be an inscriber?

So it seems that pre-expanion, Blizz is releasing a content patch that will have the inscription profession. All players with TBC can level it to 375 (the expansion is required to reach the highest level). Who's going to take the plunge?

I'm thinking that my shaman would be a good one. Herbalism seems to be a good profession to take along side it.

I intend to drop engineering and pick up inscribing to go with my enchanting. I'm uncertain how I'll pay for all the herbs I'll need, but that's my challenge.

I dreamed about being able to stealth to nodes in caves and easy heals after fighting the mobs guarding my soon-to-be mats. Then I made him resto and started doing arenas :P

My DK will be my inscriber

My druid is my herbalist, and now that Patruuska's picked up enchanting I plan to drop enchanting on the druid in favour of inscription.

I think I'll have to drop enchanting and pick it up. You kind of have to if you want to be competitive as a holy priest.

Glyph of Renew - Reduces the duration of your Renew by 3 sec. but increases the amount healed per time by 40%.

Glyph of Circle of Healing - Your Circle of Healing spell heals 1 additional target.

Glyph of Spirit of Redemption - All heals cast while Spirit of Redemption is active have a 20% chance to increase the remaining duration of Spirit of Redemption by 20 sec.

Glyph of Dispel Magic - Your Dispel Magic also heals your target for 6% of maximum health if it removes a damaging effect.

[Edit]- By the looks of it, if you keep up a constant spam with the spirit of redemption one, a dead priest would easily be the best healer in the game.

Are there any specifics yet if an inscriber gets anything special? Like one more inscription slot or.... profession only inscriptions?
