Whats your spell rotation looking like with this demo spec?
As I understand it CoE is not needed anymore due to having either a boomkin or DK, and since we have a DK, these curses aren't needed. Maybe CoR is still needed though? Just wondering. last night I was trying, atleast for bosses

CoA, Corrupt, Immo, Inc x5 and repeat... now first thing I noticed was

CoA still has several seconds on it at the end of this rotation, do I just reapply it? Or should I change this rotation all together? Any ideas would help greatly. My dps sucked ass last night. Alot of that might have to do with me having zero heroic time as of yet with just getting to 80 a couple days ago. And wearing almost all T6 still.

Based on your current spec including molten core it's probably better to use incinerate as your main nuke so i will go with that..

CoA, Corruption, Trinket(as your waiting on the global cooldown for instant cast to end), Immolate, Incinerate until a dot needs to be re applied, try to never clip your dots unless there is a good reason too.

There are no real "rotations" anymore with any of the specs, just a priority order and making sure everything you want is up, while doing your filler spells inbetween(ie incinerate always until you need to re apply a dot)

Make sure your doing the "stop casting" thing to start casts before the cast bar has finished(unless u run without any lag?). This will take some practice but eventually you will get used to it, especially if you have done this in the past.

Also another really important thing is try and make use of the time you "need" to be moving by doing your instant casts etc then. Like if you know your gunna need to move soon and your dots have just ended, its probably smart to re apply them in 1-5sec when you will already be moving and unable to nuke. Do your dots and lifetaps etc while moving if you can predict it, or if you suddely have to move and are not in immediate danger of dying, you might as well lifetap while your on the run.

little things like that can add up and help out a fair bit.

Make sure you get yourself a glyph of felguard, agony and immolate in my opinion. If you were >50 demo and doing shadow dps then the shadowbolt/corruption glyphs might be more applicable. You might also wanna look into the 0/56/15 shadow oriented spec, I haven't seen any numbers posted on it that i recall, but i did a archavon 25 and some warlock there was 56/15 demo and was keeping up with me, albeit in a bit nicer lvl 80 gears. So its definately able to reach ~3000dps or more given the right circumstances.

Gear upgrades at this level can be huge dps upgrades, especially when your jumping lvl 70 -> 80. Another thing i think is its gunna take some learning time to get used to managing 4 or more spells as opposed to the old shadowbolt spam. Give it some time and you will get used to it, or find something that works for you.
