Saw this video (http://warcraftmovies.com/movieview.php?id=96831) in a thread at World of Raids. Seems well-done and informative.

Edit: This is their more detailed explanation (http://www.tardfactor.com/experiences/the-hard-way) of how they eventually came up with their strategy, and is linked to from the above site.

Here is the most concise post (http://elitistjerks.com/1074772-post338.html) I could find on EJ that fits well with our raid composition and tanks and stuff. Apparently a DK tank is by far the best option for a Sartharion tank because they have so many short-cooldown buffs that make the breaths survivable. This might be something to consider (Euller's gear permitting) if we take so long to kill Shadron that we run out of cooldowns to keep Zhek alive.

It seems fairly straightforward. I wonder if we don't have too much healing, people seem to recommend 6 healers and say that it can actually be HARDER with more healers because the fight has such intense dps requirements.

So to summarize:

1) Tenebron lands. Blow Heroism. Blow all dps cooldowns to kill him. AoE whelps after he's dead.
2) Shadron lands. DPS him.
3) Vesperon lands. Vesperon opens a portal. Everyone takes the portal and kills the acolytes.
4) Come up. DPS Shadron until Vesperon opens up a portal again. Take the portal and kill the acolytes.
5) Repeat step four as necessary.
6) Kill Vesperon, taking the portal to kill the acolyte whenever it comes up.
7) Kill Sartharion.
8) Weep sweet, sweet tears of joy.

A couple addendums:

A) We *might* have to AoE blazes at some point in here, on Mysiana's vent callout. My hope is that Jackal dpsing/anesthetizing the blazes is enough to keep them under control, but I'm not sure if that will be the case.

B) We should have fewer huge breaths if we kill Vesperon's disciple first (42k maximum breath with that disciple dead), but people will still have to be on their toes regarding cooldowns on Zhek, because Sarth will surely breathe while the disciple is up.

I don't mind attempting to tank sarth. =) Not sure if my gear is to par yet but it looks possible in the near future.

Guardian spirit will save your life no matter how much damage you take from a single blow, so. i think we should switch me and nort, if he tanks the dragon he can help keep the priests safe with vigilance. And if i tank the drake i can contribute more dps to the cause as well as buff all bleed damage on the target, this would require an expose armor or tier to sunder though, i dont know if its worth it.

Also we should assign lyre and xaandr a priest to protect each, ie a priest to use hand of salvation and blessing of protection on if needed

VW tanked 3 drake Sartharion 10man from the pull until about 50% of Sartharion's hp (drakes were all dead, aggro was becoming an issue so we had our warrior who tanked the drakes taunt Sartharion). He basically just sat on a corner and ate every lava wave along with any lava damage taken while I spammed improved health funnel. This only worked because of the massively high hp a VW can get while having enough passive damage reduction modifiers to make up for the low avoidance.

VW Stats:
~54k buffed constant HP after the debuff (~72k with his mini last stand popped and its up 30% of the time)
~20k constant armor (just under 28k with Metamorphosis popped).
~200 Fire Resist (wearing the trinket from TK)

My Stats:
Spec: 11/60/0 Imp Weakness/all the pet goodies
31,000 HP unbuffed, close to 40k buffed
