These are MPEG4 video, H.264 video with AAC audio. We call these "standards," which means that Windows Media Player probably can't play them. QuickTime, VLC, and RealPlayer can. Your iPod can too, so you can import these with iTunes if you wanted.

I changed some of the capture settings to try to make the video quality better, but instead it's worse. I'll go back to the other settings from now on. Sorry about the aliasing (jagged lines).
I also have a video from Gruul but I think I'm going to keep that one to myself... :sick:
