I saw this mentioned on another board. Personal decision on whether this is worth it to get, but it looks like a smart idea.

ya this is one of 3 mods i have hehe.
need to put in (/sa test off) so it only turns your screen blue when your at solarian not all over the place.
I was thinking if you see blue RUN and when the Blue aggro warning from DBM popped up I got jumpy and ran lol.

If Wenge isn't gonna write a Fulcrum raid specific mod for this, SolarianAlarm works fine. It should come all set up, but if you want to test it for any debuff, you will need to reset it as stated above.

I use it cause I'm not gonna be the one to wipe us at 21%, and even I can recognize when my whole screen gets shaded blue.

We say wipe us once, DL the SolarianAlarm....wipe us twice, and we friggin rape you with a bear....wipe us 3 times and your bloody ass better never come back.

....I just stare at the chat window while I'm DPSing and run if I see my name.

I read through this mod's code, looking to adapt it into a sheep warner, and it is absolutely horrible internally, and is using a totally retarded way to check for the debuff. So it may be laggy.

If Wenge sayd it's ghey...I believe him...only reason i run it is cause I'm usually too busy healing the Solarian fight to notice anything but a complete screen shade.

I mean it gets the job done, it's just clearly this guy's first mod and/or he can't read the API docs.

Maybe I'll write a more efficient version. Hmm maybe.

Wax,

What I have found extremely useful is Deadly Boss Mobs' alert feature. When I get the Solarion debuff, DBM plays the recording of Kara's Big Bad Wolf saying "run away little girl." The first time that happened, it scared the bejeezus out of me, but I did as it said...ran like a little girl! It is absolutely impossible to ignore.

In order for this to work for you, you need to have game sounds turned on and have the latest version of DBM installed.

I have all that shit turned on...the fight is so intense for me healing wise that I simply cannot be sure that I will get the warning over all the other sounds and alerts. I usually do, but SolarianAlarm is my backup for this fight. I use this addon for as long as it takes to get the kill and then disable...and I'm off to spend the rest of the night wiping on fucking Lurker! :yucky:
