A blue on the euro forums said it is but didn't go as far as saying someone could get banned. I don't see how it's an exploit though. There are boss fights where a mob has to be mind-controlled (Razuvious comes to mind) so it's not like MC-ing a mob for a boss fight has never been done.

I didn't murder him. I simply gave him the gun, his whereabouts, 100,000 dollars, and I told him to do it. But I didn't murder him.

I'm pretty sure the exploitable part is using a macro to spam the attack thing.

Nah, the exploitive part is they were never mind-controllable before. But the most recent patch broke that, as patches usually do. Next patch they are going back to non-MC. Anythig that blizzard never intended to happen in the game can be considered an exploit. And blizzard never intended these guys to be mind controlled.
