What kind (if any) macros do my fellow warlocks use? The only ones I've ever used (other than the "summoning <target>" and such are ones that for targetting something or assisting something (and the one for Vashj). I don't even keybind stuff but just point-click everything. Are they things y'all do that make things more efficient?

in terms of bindings from right to left on my main bar i think its.....

Ua
fear
shadowbolt
siphon
corruption
Coa
deathcoil
dark pact
seed
drain life
life tap
shadowburn

Only real other bindings i use, besides pet abilities is q is exaustion and e is tongues. and the various boss crap i gota do like targeting specific things and whatnot

i used to use stopcasting macros on shadowbolt but the new patch seems to incorporate that directly into the button now so now i just have a castbar addon that tries to predict lag at the end of the castbar so you can cast the next spell quicker. i think quartz does that and i have ecasting bar. other then that i dont use macros besides boss fight specific ones. im sure if you were demo there would be a whole list of nice macros that you could make use of for pet control. One thing i recently realized is that there is no point in using anything higher then rank 1 drain soul as the dmg from it is not important and you save mana.

for key bindings i think it all depends on your playstyle. personally im a clicker and if im casting alot of different stuff at once ill use my assist haythan macro to target, or tab target. i only use key bindings for stuff i deem really important(gorefiend chains, lance, aoe, marking my pull target on kazrogal, pet attack in maulgar etc)

Pretty much the same for me, I don't use macros for the most part, just /assist macros and boss specific ones, although I do use a /target capernian one for the Kael fight so I can target her asap when she pops back up and shadowburn her, thats about it...
I as well used to use the stopcast macros and at one time I used a cast sequence macro, but decided to not use that. I basically to cast stuff just use the numbers 1-7 for most of my casts.
