NS / healing wave macro = Instant Heal
make sure you double click on this macro, quicker you click, quicker you Instant heal!

Focus Frame / Earth Shock (rank1) Macro
This only works with a focus frame mod (xperl has one built it, pitbull, etc) or can DL "Focus Frame" which is just the straight up focus frame without the other addons in addition
