Just copied this from World of Raids. Pretty much the only -confirmed- info we have about class mechanics. You should check out www.worldofraids.com (http://www.worldofraids.com) and dig up some more info for yourself if you are interested.

Blizzard devs talk about class changes in Wrath of the Lich King
Death Knight
Developers don't want talent trees to be pigeonholed into specific roles. Each tree will be functional both roles.
Runes have a 10 second separate cooldown
Army of the Undead will make players feel like how the Lich King feels when he commands the Scourge to attack
All races are confirmed to have Death Knights. The Lich King wants them all :)Hunter
Steady Shot will no longer clip Auto Shot, meaning it won't have to be timed, just spammed :)
The skill point system of pets will be replaced with Pet Talents, one tree for utility, one tree for tanking and one tree for DPS
A new ability will make the pet deal extra 20% damage when on 20% healthMage
Mage Armor will be reworked to reduce harmful debuff durations
New ability: Frostfire Bolt. In itself it's not as good as Frostbolt or Fireball, but when the player talents into both Frost and Fire, Frostfire Bolt will be better.
Devs will make sure Mages are kings of AoE damage, and scaling up their damage to be viableShaman
Totems will affect the entire raid!
Strength of Earth and Grace of Air will be merged
Windfury will be changed, so that druids are affected by it too. It's no longer a weaponbuff, but a buff.
Rockbiter Weapon will be replaced with Earthliving Weapon which increases healing done
Flametongue Weapon will increase spell damage
New ability: Hex. Emergency CC spell that leaves movement control for the hexxed player, but is unable to cast spells. 0.5sec casting time, 8-10sec durationRogue
Sap will work on not only humanoid targets, but on pretty much everything that has a brain
New ability: Fan of Knives. Similar to the Warden spell in Warcraft 3. Short AoEWarrior
New talent: Titan Grip is now confirmed. Allows the Warrior to wield Two-Hand weapons in both hands.
New ability: Shockwave. Helps prot warriors dealing damage
New talent: Bladestorm. Similar to WC3 spell
Devs want warriors to feel more like the warriors in Warcraft 3Warlock
New talent: transforms the warlock into "Illidan demon form". One of the available spells in demon form is an AoE shadowbolt that can be spammed!
New ability: Demonic Circle. Small area where the warlock can teleport back into and decreases pet summoning timePaladin
Retribution itemization will be moved even closer to Warrior and Death Knight itemization
New ability: Hand of Purity. Reactive healing spellPriest
New ability: Divine Hymn. New holy spell that allows the priest to heal the entire party. When a partymember is struck they go into a trance.
New 51 point shadow talent: Dispersion. 90% incoming damage reduction, 6% health/mana regen. The priest can move, but cannot cast spells. Allows a new form of defense against melee to make Shadow Priests more viable in highend Arena PVP
New talent: Guardian Spirit. Prevents friendly target from being killed. A pet that gives "Cheat Death" to the target, if the player would die, the spirit pet dies insteadDruid
Entangling Roots will work indoors as well, to help druids get into heroic groups
New ability: Flourish. 1.5sec casting time healing spell, its effectiveness depends a lot on what HoT effects are on the target
Cyclone won't be changed
Potions, on-hit effects and items will work in forms.

Everything before this that I read said it was going to be an instant cast....and if its not, its gonna have to be REALLY fucking good to make it useful enough to not be in tree and just continue the lifebloom spam.

Well, maybe it's a case of the grass being greener, but I think shadow priests are getting worst shaft. Wait, I mean *raiding* shadow priests. I think the changes look good if you're gonna get back to the fun of pvp melting face. Good thing I've got a bunch of other toons, otherwise Lad might finally get his wish to knock me out of the raid. :P

Pika.

Wellll ... okay maybe the shadow talent tree isn't as big of a nerf now as I thought ... but given that there's no spirit on my T6, I'm super glad they added a spirit talent!

Talents http://wotlkwiki.info/talent/rogue.html

replace "rogue" in the URL with any class including DeathKnight for the respective info. some of the talents seem really unreliable O.o knocks you back 200 yards? yeah fuckin right shamans.

There are some patch notes that mention that typo. If you download the alpha client, let it patch from blizzard's servers, and log into a private server, that's actually what it says...so blame blizzard for the 200 yards :) Not hunter talents yet though *grumble*

The whole website is really neat, I'm really excited just by the screenshots of Fordring and what the Argent Dawn/Scarlet Onslaught storyline is going to be. I poked around the new zones and they are amazing...

Since the assumed 51 point talent is pvp based, you'll have added talents to spec imp. DS now! Hurray! That'll help your spirit you crybaby.

Be aware that the mined spell details have placeholders for almost all numbers, like "Fireball(Rank 14) costs $1d mana, does $m1d1 to $m1d2 damage, plus $m2d1 to $m2d2 damage over $d3 seconds." - the placeholders are filled in from the server, and are not included in the client data. This is a sideeffect of how WoW is implemented as a message-passing engine, and the placeholders allow Blizzard to tweak abilities (specifically, nerf bosses) without having to patch. For now, I'd treat all actual numbers in the LK as a "wild guess."

God damn rogue and warlock talents are vastly superior to anybody else's.

[Edit] Resto druid is pretty insane too. Circle of healing that doesn't need people to be in the same group.

Only thing cooler than new talents is new emotes (http://weohteelkah.we.funpic.de/emotes.html)!

You cried first.

And I haven't bothered to work out the numbers but the 50 pointer in shadow is worthwhile, so no imp DS. Just DS at best. They nerfed imp DS anyway.

Incidentally disc priests look pretty fun so you might still get your imp DS.

Looks like the paladin one hasn't been put up yet so I came up with an affliction build (http://wotlkwiki.info/talent/warlock.html?b=935022210122301135512c1351002y50050 01402q) I might fart around with.

Well since I can't do hunter yet, I've been dinking around with bear tanking spec for once I hit 80 with Autumn, since I've come to really love bear tanking.

I'm thinking http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?talent=0ZEhGscrkVhRVuAo0E0z

But I'm not sure about primal aggression and it's +10% maul damage, just in Kara right now I don't get enough rage to have maul going every hit possible so I don't use it a whole lot. Seems more of a 25 man 2nd tier and above thing.

So I'm also thinking http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?talent=0ZEhGssrdVhRVuho0E0u

And for my mage, because I love frost spec and the control it gives me over a fight, http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?talent=oZZVAGIofgsiqgzAo

If I did that then I'd probably go http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?talent=0ZEhGscrkVhRVuho0Eczb I'd rather keep the damage in Mangle (cat) for when I DPS to, so put 1 point there and move the other back over to primal precision, 5 expertise is too much to give up for 1 less rage on lacerate.

there is a talent in the destruction tree for warlocks that says it increases your chance to crit with "shadowflame", im intrigued

An interesting thing going on for mages is people making Frostfire builds. Since it gets the bonuses from both frost and fire trees. They take all the talents that boost damage or fire/frost bolts in some way and have just massive frostfire bolts at the expense of boosting the other spells in those trees.

Be really interesting to see if having frostfire benefit that way makes it into release, but could be an interesting "4th tree" spec.

I'd assume that it will make it into release, if you spec it, you will get massive, 85% chance to crit, (provided you and all the other mages spec winter's grasp, for lolshatters on bosses) 200% dmg crits with rolling ignites...
But, AoE damage will take a hit, or more prudently, won't be nearly as buffed up as it could be.
