Maximizing DPS on Brutallus depends in large part about intelligently managing various cooldowns. According to Rawr, I will need two mana pots and a gem for the Brutallus fight (using molten armor). Here's a basic timeline that I've mapped out:

1:00 Combustion, Mana Pot, Icy Veins, Icon
2:00 Mana Gem
3:00 Mana Pot, Icon
5:00 (or a little after...Brut needs to be below 20%) Combustion, Icy Veins, Icon, Flame Cap, Destro Pot (plus Heroism from Attic)

First of all, any feedback on that timeline would be welcome.

My main question, though, is whether it is possible to create a single macro that handles all that. One where the first activation did the first set of things, the second activation did the mana gem, etc? Macroing everything would save valuable DPS time plus make sure I got the sequence right. I know that I could create four macros to do this (or three, since I don't really need a macro at 2:00), but it would be awesome if one could handle it.

Castsequence would make you think you can, but it can only do one thing per invocation. I don't think you can't do what you want directly, no.

Thanks for the response. I went ahead and created three separate macros and then bound them to Ctrl-C, Shift-C, and Alt-C. Next best thing, I guess.

WTB more macro slots.

Internally there's no limit on the number of macros you can have, just that the blizzard UI is limited; button mods are able to have a mousedown or keybind action execute a block of text as though it were a macro.

I don't know if either Bongos or Bartender support that, but it's technically possible - RDX did support it, I used the macro functionality for throwing the cores way back when.

Icey veins and Heroism don't stack, don't use them in conjunction.
If you already knew that, disregard me, I suck cocks.

Yes, they do. Combining those two affects brings my fireballs down to a 1.8s cast time.

It's self-haste buffs that do not stack - that is, the Skull of Gul'dan and Icy Veins would not stack.
