Copying Nort's idea of posting the sites he uses here are some of the ones I use.
Yo's sim: This guy instead of raiding for awesome gear or farming for honor has spent an insane amount of time developing a program to map itemization for enh shaman. No small feat when you consider how bursty and sporadic our dps is. http://theorycraft.narod.ru/

This is most of the must know info pulled out of the previous forum and put into a handy little red book that should be carried by all enthusiastic members of the enh party.

I use several sites to look ahead for gear so I'm not all "oh I wonder if thats better" when something drops. These along with yo!'s sim keep me pretty well informed as to whats coming down the pipe and what I'll have to change if the loot god smile upon me.
